Arena Polo — Projected Fall 2025 Completion

Stone Tree Ranch Arena projected for fall 2025 completion to launch Napa Valley’s first Arena Polo series.

Excitement is building at Stone Tree Ranch as construction on our new arena is nearly complete, paving the way for arena polo to debut in Calistoga in January 2026. The addition of this premier facility marks an important milestone in our vision to bring year-round polo opportunities to the heart of wine country.

The arena has been designed with players and horses in mind, offering a safe, state-of-the-art surface and layout that will welcome both seasoned competitors and newcomers to the sport. With its completion, Stone Tree Ranch will become the first dedicated polo club in Calistoga to offer both arena and field polo, expanding the ways our community can enjoy this dynamic and fast-paced game.

This fall, we look forward to hosting our first practices and matches, bringing friends, families, and fellow polo enthusiasts together to celebrate the start of a new tradition in Calistoga. Arena polo is coming—and it’s just the beginning of what’s ahead at Stone Tree Ranch.

Rubberized Track in Place

Rubberized track in place for all year exercising and minimal injuries.

As part of our commitment to horse welfare and high-performance care, Stone Tree Ranch now features a state-of-the-art rubberized exercise track. Designed to provide superior footing and minimize joint stress, the track ensures safe, consistent conditioning for our horses throughout the year. This investment reflects our philosophy that exceptional polo begins with exceptional horse care.

With a wet winter in the wine country, the rubberized aspect of our track also gives us the ability to continue exercising throughout the winter season, for horses and owners, and to open up the opportunity for high performance in arena polo.
